2. Mesh Weaving & Framing
   High‑precision looms weave the galvanized wire into diamond‑pattern mesh. Immediately afterward, fully automated welding robots seam and secure perimeter frames using MIG welding. Post‑weld passivation prevents localized rust formation at weld joints.

3. Assembly & Quality Inspection
   Mesh panels are fitted with tension bars, interlocking clamps, and temporary feet brackets on the production line. Each panel undergoes dimensional verification, clamp‑torque testing, and visual inspection of weld integrity. Panels failing any metric are reworked or recycled.
