Wire mesh demister is a typical product in inertial collision demister, which is an efficient gas-liquid separation equipment. It is composed of a mesh block, a mesh grid and a supporting device for fixing the mesh block. When the gas is passed from bottom to bottom through the mesh defroster, due to the impact of inertia and the mesh surface, the mist then gathers on the surface of the filament and expands, and the gravity generated by the growing droplet due to the weight exceeds the combined force of the gas velocity and the tension on the liquid surface, the droplet falls.

Orifice Corrugated Packing maintains the structural characteristics of the corrugated packing of the metal wire mesh, and is made of the orifice plate with grooves on the surface. The gas-liquid flow path is specified, and the phenomenon of groove flow and wall flow is improved. The pressure drop can be very small. At the same time, it provides more specific surface area, and can achieve higher mass and heat transfer effects in the same volume.

It is assembled by vertical superposition of wire mesh corrugated sheets, and there are two kinds of corrugated inclination angles of 30° and 45°, respectively called X type and Ya type. The advantages of this filler are reduced pressure, high flux, high mass transfer efficiency, small liquid holdup and small amplification effect.
