Weave Details

• Over-Under Sequences: Standard patterns include 2/2 (two warp wires over two weft wires) and 3/2 or 4/3 configurations for coarser apertures. These sequences balance mesh stiffness and open-area.

• Wire Diameter Combinations: Common pairings are 0.08 mm warp with 0.25 mm weft (for 20 µm slots) up to 0.5 mm/1.0 mm combinations (for 500 µm slots).
