Blue Mesh Production Steps

1. Galvanizing & Wire Drawing
   Pre‑galvanized wire is drawn to final diameters (typically 1.2 mm to 3.0 mm) with automated tension control to preserve coating integrity.

2. Phosphate Pre‑Treatment
   Wire passes through a phosphating bath to improve powder‑coat adhesion and promote corrosion resistance under the finish layer.

3. Powder Coating Application

4. Curing
