Square wire mesh fencing combines security functionality with visibility requirements through precision welding of vertical and horizontal wires. Standard configurations feature 50mm×50mm to 100mm×100mm openings with 3.0-5.0mm wire diameters, creating barriers that meet ASTM F668 standards for perimeter security.

Manufacturing Process

1. Wire Preparation:

• Cold drawing to ±0.05mm diameter tolerance

• Straightening and cutting to length

2. Welding Operations:

• Resistance welding with 100-200 kVA transformers

• Electrode force control (200-400 kg)

• Weld time precision (0.1-0.3 seconds)

3. Surface Treatment:

• Hot-dip galvanizing (zinc coating ≥70µm)

• PVC coating (0.3-0.7mm thickness)

4. Fabrication:

• Frame assembly with corner reinforcement

• Gate manufacturing with locking mechanisms
