Materials and Manufacture
Our Plain Dutch Weave Mesh is produced in 304 and 316L stainless steel grades. Initial stainless coil is precision drawn through multiple dies to achieve tight wire-diameter tolerances (±5 µm). Warps and wefts are then crimped—once in each direction—prior to weaving on specially configured looms.
