Stainless Steel Filter Cylinders from Anping CREMOTIVE are engineered for installation in cartridge housings, bag filter vessels, or centrifugal separators. Constructed from woven, Dutch weave, or sintered mesh, each cylinder comprises:

1. Filter Media Sleeve: Woven or sintered stainless steel profile with mesh counts from 4 × 4 to 400 × 400 wires per inch, or pore sizes from 2 µm to 2 mm.

2. Support Core: Perforated stainless steel tube (0.5 mm–1.5 mm wall) providing 360° structural support.

3. Reinforcing Rods: Spiral or longitudinal rods spot‑welded to prevent collapse under up to 10 bar differential pressure.

4. End Caps: Machined 316L plate with O‑ring grooves or flanged connections, ensuring leak‑free sealing.

Performance & Properties

• Temperature Range: –196 °C to +500 °C continuous; short‑term excursions to 650 °C.

• Chemical Compatibility: Resists acidic, alkaline, and solvent process streams.

• Burst & Collapse Ratings: Up to 20 bar/10 bar respectively, verified by 100 % hydrostatic testing.

Cylinders from 25 mm to 300 mm diameter, lengths up to 2 m. Media combinations for depth‑filtration: coarse outer sleeve and fine inner sleeve. Back‑flush templates and lifting lugs can be added for ease of maintenance.
