Construction Details
Media Configuration: Multilayer plain‑weave mesh wound concentrically around a perforated support core. Mesh counts range from 50 × 50 to 400 × 400 wires per inch, enabling retention ratings from 300 µm down to 5 µm.
Core & End Caps: 316L stainless steel cores (1.0 mm thickness, 2–5 mm perforations) prevent collapse under differential pressures up to 10 bar. End caps are TIG‑welded and machined to fit standard Bayonet, ⅜″ NPT, or ½″ UNF connection styles.
Sealing Elements: Silicone‑encapsulated or PTFE O‑rings provide chemical compatibility for a wide pH range (2–12) and temperatures from –20 °C to 200 °C.
