Disc Construction

• Mesh Media: Plain‑weave or Dutch weave mesh counts from 20 × 20 to 400 × 400, producing retention down to 5 µm. Mesh is laminated—bonded with stainless‑steel sinter paste—or mechanically fastened within a laser‑cut support ring.

• Support Plate: 1.0 mm to 2.0 mm stainless steel plate with radial perforations (2–5 mm holes) for uniform backing. The mesh adheres across the entire plate area, preventing bypass.
